We’re new to social media. Do you have any resources to help us develop a social strategy?

It’s a question we get asked a lot.  And the answer is…OF COURSE WE DO!

As a matter of fact we have put together a wonderful and in-depth eBook that walks through social media planning for staffing and recruiting firms.   This 50-page guide (along with hundreds of other free resources) can be downloaded in the freebies section on our website.

The eBook walks though why social media is important, specific things you should incorporate in your social marketing plan, and finally specific action items you should take on each network.  It is a really nice overview of how to add value from social efforts.

So, do you have anything that’s more than just Social 101?

And the answer is…OF COURSE WE DO!

Once you have your foundation in place, we have some great resources to help take it to next level.  Each month we offer a free webinar series called Lunch with Haley that provides training for the staffing industry (you probably already knew this, have attended all of them, and find them highly enjoyable–and if you haven’t yet, seriously what are you waiting for?).  Several of these webinars address social media and here are a few that might really be worth watching when looking to take your online marketing efforts to the next level:

Blogging – The Center of an Effective Social Strategy

This walks through why blogging and content is so important and shares tips on how to incorporate blog content into your social strategy.

Social is a Science

This is a bit more advanced social webinar and helps you hone in on your social audience.  It walks through how to use website analytics and social analytics to make smarter social marketing decisions and drive more ROI from your social marketing efforts.  From what to post, when to post and what to measure, it offers deep insight into what works.

Stop the Trolls – Protecting Your Online Reputation

This webinar addresses social review sites and why it’s so important to know what’s being said about your company online and proactively build advocates for your firm.  It walks through a very specific process for getting great reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp and more.

And of course, if you need additional support we’re here to help.  We offer our blogging and social media clients coaching calls and we even provide custom social media training/consulting sessions if you have deeper needs.
